Concert Calendar March 2007 Friday, March 2nd, 2007 OPEN MIC at Josiah's Place Coffee House in Beloit, WIOPEN MIC is a chance to come share some music from your heart with others at Josiah's Place. This isn't a karaoke night, so you need to have either live music or an accompaniment CD track. This is always a good time, and we never know what's in store, so show up and sign up to get a spot, or just show up an sit down and enjoy the music. Friday, March 9th, 2007 Jason Burton From VirginiaJason Burton is not new to the Cup; he played here back in 2002 with this sister Sarah, in a group called Belief. Sarah is now a missionary in Slovakia, but Jason is continuing on in music ministry as a solo guitarist and singer. If you saw him last time, or even if his ministry is new to you, you will want to be here for a wonderful time of song and praise to our Lord. This will be a great night…plan to come out!!!!! Friday, March 16th, 2007 Beth Crosby from Minnesota Lake, MNBeth Crosby accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1991 and since then has been active in ministry throughout the Midwest. Beth serves as an on-air minister for KJLY Christian Radio in Blue Earth, MN. She was lead vocalist in the Christian rock band Free and Clear for two years and is currently a member of the praise and worship band Spirit and Truth based in Mankato, Minnesota. Along with keyboardist and friend Ruth Terhark, Beth also performs regularly as a solo artist in both concert and ministry settings. Beth says "I love to see people be touched in a fresh, new way during a ministry time, and I love to see how the Holy Spirit can turn words I say or songs I sing into a vehicle for transformation in a person's heart." Beth's one desire is to see people brought into true relationship with the Lord, and her heart for the Lord and His people is evident in every aspect of her ministry. Beth is a founding member of Heart to Heart Music Ministries, an organization formed in 1995 dedicated to both concert evangelism and equipping future Christian artists for music ministry. Visit her website at: Friday, March 23th, 2007 Back Row Prophets from Milwuakee, WIBack Row Prophets is Dan Kennelly's new band, formed after the breakup of Free4All, a Josiah's Place favorite. This will be their first gig and we are honored that it would happen here. You won't want to miss this debut, since we know the heart and music of our brother Dan, and are sure that the new band will be as committed to sharing the truth of the Gospel of Jesus as Free4All did for many years.
